The other day Terry mentioned their famous Ambrosia Burger. She said the recipe must be in the book. I told her they would never give away such a trade secret. But I pulled out the book, and there it was.
In the ingredients: mild green chili salsa. Just mild green chili salsa. With no recipe. Mild green chili salsa can cover a very wide spectrum, even within that defined range.
The author published the recipe while keeping the restaurant's culinary secret.
